Customer Care Agent (offline)

We are Snovio, a thriving SaaS company. Our product is a sales platform with multiple tools that help marketing and sales teams building outreach campaigns from scratch. Over 1 million users are currently using Snovio all over the world!

If you are ready and willing to take part in our ambitious plans, we invite you to become our full-time Customer Care Agent!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing help to platform users and potential customers

Resolving product or service problems

Following up to ensure resolution

Desired qualifications:

Fluent English (B2 and higher)Service mindset — ability to empathize, put yourself in other people’s shoes, and communicate clearly and directly with customers and in-house team members.

Willingness to go above and beyond to help clients.

Flexibility in schedule. We do not have night shifts.8-hour shifts+1 hour lunch break. The earliest starts at 7 AM and the latest at 6 PM.
