The Product Owner will be responsible for development enhancements to existing as well as building the latest additions to the Infrascale Product Portfolio. This requires day-to-day Product Owner support of the entire software development process, including: mapping of high-level feature requirements to detailed user stories and specifications, acceptance of implementation, and closing the feedback loop with customers. It also requires being an active member of the Scrum team working to deliver the highest-quality value we can to our customers. The ideal candidate brings a blend of communication skills, analytical mindset, technical background, and project management skills.

What you will do:
Responsibilities:
Work with Product, Engineering, Support to translate high-level requirements and roadmaps into structured and prioritized users stories (with mockups as necessary).
Be a customer advocate and bring the customer needs to life for the engineering team and other internal departments.
Support the engineering teams in understanding the value and details of new requirements, products, and business initiatives.
Build and maintain a product backlog with detailed user stories and product requirements; Maintain relevant documentation such as release notes.
Support quality assurance and conduct user acceptance testing.
Communicate, communicate, communicate — be the „town crier” for progress, problems, success and everything between.
Collaboration:
Learn quickly; Chip in wherever needed to get value to the customer.
Operate as a member of a Scrum/Agile team with attendance to daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies.
Add to the collective group efforts — and group success.

What you will bring to the table:
Hands-on Product Owner:
Excellent communication skills to discover and explain detailed requirements.
Analytical mindset to prioritize customer needs and value.
Experience in defining customer experience: story journeys/maps, screen flows, information architecture, common blocks/controls.
Experience in structured documentation of requirements, preferably as well-formed user stories.
Experience in managing backlog and working within a Scrum framework.
Ability to proficiently communicate in English — in both written and verbal forms.
Education requirement: S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or other related degrees.
3+ years of work experience:
3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager or other function with user-facing responsibilities.
Experience with Web and Cloud applications.
Previous use of Agile SDLC (Scrum, Kanban).
Preference for experience in B2B products.
Flexible with time-zone hopping — work in local Kyiv time — with sufficient overlap to the east coast of the United States (Eastern Time).
