IT Manager (PM) (offline)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide end user support via our ticketing system including technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and software.
PC and software installation.
Server and network support and administration.
Monitoring and maintaining security applications including Anti-Virus systems.
Administration of Cloud based systems including Microsoft 365 and our CRM system.
Administration of the in-house telephone system.
Participating in planned projects to upgrade and replace systems and services.
Contributing towards the overall reliability, security and management of the IT systems.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
At least 1 years’ recent experience in a similar PC support role.
Windows 10 PCs – both software and hardware.
Microsoft Office 365, especially the Office applications and user administration.
An understanding of networking principles including LANs and wireless networking.
PC security including Anti-Virus systems.
There will be the opportunity to be involved with all parts of the business and a flexible approach will be necessary.
Keen to provide a high level of service to our busy and growing team.
A desire to learn.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills, And Experience:
An understanding of TCP/IP principles including DHCP and DNS
Internet connections (such as ADSL) and firewalls
SharePoint Administration
Knowledge of Azure based app services.
Able to demonstrate an understanding of Website CMS technologies.
Understanding of Web technologies including domain names, DNS records and web hosting. Any HTML and CSS knowledge will be of use.

Other Information:
37 hours per week but able to work outside normal hours when required.
This role is hands-on and it will be necessary to work in the office.

Hours of Work:
37 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
Friday: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm

Salary:
Competitive based on experience.
