Enterprise Solutions Director (IT Director) (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT strategy initiative, take responsibility for the implementation of the IT strategy roadmap;
- Lead and develop all enterprise system operations and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, support, and resource allocation;
- Drive enterprise systems from ideas and concepts to design, MVP, testing, forecast, cost, implementation, adoption, maintenance, and finally, a system end of life;
- Provide direction and coaching to the members inside and outside of the Enterprise Solutions organization;
- Measure system performance to optimize productivity levels and operating costs;
- Benchmark, analyze reports and make recommendations on system improvements;
- Direct the research on potential solutions, technologies, implementation, and support of new initiatives;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elaborate evolving requirements, generate and manage new ideas;
- Stay up to date on the trends and issues in the IT systems domain;
- Be a champion in sharing IT vision and roadmap with all stakeholders;
- Advise, consult, and educate the executive team and function leaders on best scenarios of IT system utilization to help achieve their goals;
- Recommend and implement the processes that show how IT investments are delivered on their committed value proposition;
- Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology and recommend actions within a defined budget;
- Develop business case justifications and CBA for IT spending and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of senior IT leadership and 15+ years of information technology experience;
- Experience in the development and implementation of IT strategy, incorporating strong understanding of emerging technologies, and a good sense of the value delivered by competing choices;
- Experience in preparing and reviewing budgets for business plans, ensuring that the maximum value is provided to the organization;
- A highly analytical and structured thinker with an excellent ability to put complex ideas into clear frameworks;
- Strong communication and presentation skills: the ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders at all levels of the company;
- Ability to create and execute a vision, motivating others to adopt strategies in collectively moving the organization forward;
- Superior business understanding and the ability to leverage technology to solve business and technical issues;
- Proven ability to affect changes, meet business goals, monitor progress, and take corrective actions;
- Strong product management background in market needs validation, product and solution design;
- Strong understanding of the current technology market and its trends;
- Ability to draw people’s attention and inspire;
- Result-oriented mindset and getting-things-done focus;
- Entrepreneurial, proactive spirit in thought and action;
- Technology background in architecture and systems design will be a plus.
