To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a qualified Project Manager with a passion for solving challenging problems and effectively cooperating with the team. Our ideal candidate has excellent knowledge of Agile project management practices and has experience in leading and motivating a development team :)

What you will do:

✔Track development progress using company adopted tools to make sure the schedule is on track. Keep JIRA up to date with the current status of development;
✔Discuss priorities with Product Manager, communicate and define priorities for the team and make things be completed in time;
✔Synchronize the operation of several not large-scale teams;
✔Lead daily stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, and iteration retrospectives;
✔Participate in people management: motivation, assessment, personal development;
✔Build communication within the team to make features delivery faster;
✔Identify cross teams dependencies and solve the blockers;
✔Help Product Owner to split features into multiple stories, to get smaller predictable delivery steps;
✔Create stories/epics for features, prepared by Product Owner;
✔Participate in discussions regarding product requirements;
✔Project’s reporting (documentation, reporting, performance monitoring).

Skills & Qualifications to Shine:

✔2+ years Project Manager Experience;
✔experience with Jira, Confluence;
✔Experience in running projects of 10+ people;
✔Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
✔Knowledge of a project life cycle;
✔Analytical mindset;
✔Ability to make and own your decisions;
✔Experience working with Client directly;
✔Strong leadership and communication skills;
✔Flexibility, emotional maturity;
✔English level — Upper-Intermediate and above

Would be a plus:

✔Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities;
✔Sound technical background and previous software engineering experience
