NOC specialist (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience as a NOC specialist (or in technical support), as a plus
- Knowledge of English - at least Intermediate level (B1)
- Basic knowledge of Linux and АWS
- You're familiar with popular monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.) and have experience in reading logs
- Experience with popular CRM systems
