UI/UX Design Team Leader (offline)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI & graphic design;
• TL Experience would be your benefit;
• Experience in designing adaptive and responsive websites;
• Proficiency in Material design and Human interface design and its implementation;
• Understanding and applying the Usability Heuristics;
• Experience in graphic design, iconography, visual identity, and motion;
• Ability to understand complex business and system requirements and transform these into simple UI concepts;
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture;
• Ability to articulate and support your own decisions;
• Experience in Wireframing and prototyping tools;
• Experienced in Figma;
• Upper-intermediate English;
• Strong online portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team of designers;
• Control design quality;
• Provide designers with professional development;
• Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, interaction design;
• Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using common and iterative design techniques;
• Bring innovative ideas and concepts;
• Stay up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning;
• Participate in new business development activities.
