IT Sourcer/Recruiter (offline)

Required skills:

— Strong understanding of talent sourcing
— Good knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods
— Experience with a full cycle of recruitment preferably in the IT industry
— Flexibility and ability to handle urgent and repetitive type of tasks
— Great English (both spoken and written)
— Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
— “Quick-learner” attitude and strong motivation
— Ability to handle multitasking effectively
— Laptop, camera, microphone for video calls.

Responsibilities:

— Sourcing candidates through social media and other channels, professional networks
— Generating talent pool and building a warm pipeline
— Full cycle recruitment of mostly technical positions
— Work closely with a Recruitment Team to coordinate and set up recruitment priorities.
