HR Doc (offline)

What you have:
- Good knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and PE’s registration/support;
- Experience in HR administration services;
- Desire and ability to work with international labour legislation and PE registration;
- Experience of writing and implementation of company HR policies;
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Advanced skills in working with Microsoft Office, 1C, HR System;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Autonomous, responsible and attentive person.

What will you do:
- Support of employment processes (employees with labour contracts and private entrepreneurs);
- Close cooperation with HR departments of Head Quarter and local HR team;
- Updating internal databases;
- Organization and maintaining personnel records;
- Preparation of HR orders: employment, dismissal, transfer;
- Tracking of employees vacations and preparation of vacation orders;
- Cooperation with international employees;
- Monitoring compliance with Ukrainian and international labor legislation;
