Digital Buying Coordinator Offline

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute and manage media campaigns within clients’ parameters, create and maintain buysheets
  • Assist in media planning to meet campaign goals and negotiate with media vendors
  • Analyze and optimize media campaigns to ensure KPI delivery
  • Campaign Liaison to media vendor representatives
  • Responsible for sending insertion orders and revisions and responding to vendors’ needs in a timely manner
  • Contact media vendors for performance and pacing reports, monitor campaign pacing using 1st and 3rd party data
  • Handle creative traffic requests to appropriate internal teams for display, paid social, and paid search
  • Billing and reconciliation support

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree marketing, business, preferred not required
  • Preferred: 1-year digital media planning/buying experience, creating and maintaining media plans and vendor IOs
  • Preferred: Ad server knowledge, DoubleClick Campaign Manager preferred, knowledge of creative trafficking process
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, analytic skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to professionally communicate with, present to, interact with clients
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Demonstrates initiative and drives to completion of projects
  • Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.
