Business / System Analyst (offline)

We are looking for an experienced Business / System Analyst to lead the analysis

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders on the client's side.
- Lead requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Work closely with architects and technical leads to provide necessary technical details for the development team.
- Play the role of a proxy product owner for our offshore team.
- Follow the agile methodology of software development (Scrum, continuous integration, planning games, daily stand-up, etc).

Requirements:
- Good understanding of eCommerce and eRetail business domains.
- Excellent technical writing skills and ability to document software requirements and architectures in a crisp way.
- Ability to present and explain software requirements to different groups of users including engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, and documented.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate business/technical requirements and project schedule with the customer and external vendors.
- Excellent analytical skills. Ability to learn from customers, analyze past projects and advise top management on how the sales strategy can be improved and how reusable technical solutions can be developed.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and good command of SQL.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Deep understanding of the software development process.
- Solid understanding of web architecture.
- Experience working with POS systems would be a plus.
