Sales/Account IT Manager (offline)

Main responsibilities:
• Developing and keeping positive and trustfull relationships with existing customers;
• Negotiating with customers, defining their needs and business pain-points;
• Communication with the existing customer base as well as attracting new contacts;
• Take part in pre-sale process;
• Praparing statistics and reporting on each active client;
• Records keeping and maintaining internal CRM;
• Handle all paperwork concerning agreements with customers;
• Communicate tightly with Project Management and BA teams.

Requirements:
• Fluent verbal and written English and Ukrainian;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Extraordinary communication skills;
• Self-motivated and responsible;
• Experience in Account Management/Sales/Customer support, preferably in IT sphere, from 1 year.
