SMM manager (offline) $300-700

Required skills:
• Solid intermediate or upper-intermediate level of English;
• Creative thinking;
• Ability to work reasonably quick and efficiently;
• Being able to assist with SMM strategy definition;
• Understanding of how to split strategy into tactic roadmap and implement it step by step;
• Good SMM knowledge;
• Ability to qualify and communicate with the target audience;
• Well delivered and grammatically correct written speech;
• Ability to write engaging texts; storytelling; copywriting and re-writing;
• Basic skills of media production -- photo / video;
• Basic skills of target ads setup and optimization;
• Ability to collect and work with analytics.

Will be a plus:
• Graduate from https://baggage.school/ ;
• Experience in IT projects;
• Multi-language SMM.

Responsibilities:
• Constantly improve and master your English;
• Take full execution ownership of corporate social medias (Instagram in Russian for potential employees, Facebook/LinkedIn in English for potential clients);
• Handle corporate communications on the social medias;
• Deliver high-quality engaging texts in Russian and English;
• Create photo and video medias;
• Create and manage content plans;
• Run target ads campaigns;
• Optimize target ads;
• Collect and examine analytics;
• Build hypotheses based on the collected analytics, adjust SMM strategy and tactics;
• Delegate to Project Manager any needed 3-rd party help (For instance, design requests).
