What does the job offer:
• Coordinate hiring needs with IT leaders
• Writing and posting job ads based on IT team requirements
• Sourcing candidates using different platforms and tools
• CV and job applications screening
• Communication with candidates at all recruiting stages
• Active promotion and IT branding activities

Essentials qualities:
• 3+ years of proven experience as IT Recruiter
• Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• Management full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate English
• Independent, well-organised and strongly proactive work style
