Data Analyst (offline)
Job Purpose
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for creating and maintaining analyses for our complete business, from detailed customer behavior to overall business performance. You collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams on a daily basis and consult them with data-driven recommendations. While you ensure that these teams have access to data and insights in order to make the necessary decisions, you are also proactively giving recommendations based on your findings. You ensure that data and analyses are well described and maintained.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the product. Form hypotheses and run analyses
Work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams and support them with data analyses
Use data to understand the influence of applied changes and make data-driven recommendations
Operational monitoring of KPIs, determining the causes of deviations
Ad-hoc reporting
Maintain data science best practices
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with data-driven product development
Experienced with mobile app analytics, understanding how it works
Knowledge of analytics systems like Amplitude or Mixpanel
You have a good understanding of funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modelling, churn analytics and A/B testing.
Good SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL, redshift)
Python (Pandas, NumPy)
Experience with statistical methods
Ability to formulate and verify hypotheses
Upper intermediate English verbal and written communication skills

You will join a team of about 50 professionals distributed across three countries. Most of the engineering staff is located in Ukraine (Kyiv), making it easy to collaborate, learn from experienced teammates, and have a cool team atmosphere and colleagues’ support.
