Lead QA Platforms (offline)

Responsibilities
• Leading the team of 5 members
• Managing the day-to-day activities of QA team members
• Meeting our customers and presenting QA role in the integration process
• Planning the QA process of the project internally and externally
• Planning, prioritization, knowledge transfer and support meetings
• Defining, creating and maintaining test plans for existing and new projects
• Meeting different groups of stakeholders
• Version planning including evaluation and estimation
• Working with different teams: R&D, Project and Product Managers

Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience managing a QA team
• At least 4 years of proven experience testing web applications
• Proven experience with writing and executing STP / STD / STR
• Proven experience with bug cycle management
• Proven experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL Server
• Strong ability to deep dive into the problem and find the root cause
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to meet clients’ tech stakeholders remotely and face-to-face
• Previous experience with e-commerce systems - strong advantage
• Previous experience with B2B integrations - strong advantage
• Previous experience supporting global development and QA teams - strong advantage
