Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with the best engineering talents on the market, both locally and internationally;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions;
- Develop Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants;
- Participate in projects aimed at improving candidate experience, engaging velocity, and overall process boost;
- Create a wide Talent pool and update the CV search database;
- Arrange and conduct job interviews;
- Provide candidate feedback;

Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience;
- English on comunicative level;
- Good communication skills (active listening, negotiation, etc.)
- Effective time-management, ability to handle 3+ open positions simultaneously;
- Problem-solving skills, creative thinking to attract talents;
- Experience in game dev would be a plus;
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
