Technical Writer (Product. Startup. Equity) (offline)

Requirements:

+ At least 3+ years of experience as a technical writer or in a similar role
+ Experience in creating, structuring, and proofreading technical documentation for Enterprise software (B2B)
+ Excellent writing and grammar skills in English (C1 written and spoken)
+ Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, product management, marketing, sales, customer success
+ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
+ Experience working with web applications and understanding of technical topics, at least on a basic level
+ Ability to create technical documentation from scratch
+ Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for details

As a plus:

+ Experience working with Jira, Confluence
+ Demonstrated proficiency in the English language (CAE/CPE or equivalent)

Responsibilities:

+ Write and edit technical customer-facing documents, including proposals, user guides and manuals, as well as internal project documentation
+ Define and execute a strategy for technical documentation
+ Continuously improve documentation processes and documentation structure
+ Work with Marketing to help form a consistent tone of voice & ensure it’s adhered to everywhere in the product
+ Work with product management to review and refine messaging for Shelf products
+ Gather feedback from the teams to improve technical documents
+ Provide relevant examples, illustrations, and related links to documentation
+ Participate in dev team meetings and planning sessions as part of the development cycle when needed
+ Take the initiative to find the information and subject matter experts to write technical documentation
+ Proofread and refine documents written by the dev team and PMs
