Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Searching for new sales opportunities in the region (PL and/or CZ), understand customer needs and requirements;
Establishment and management of a pipeline of new business opportunities (Enterprise accounts)
Consistent in-market presence to be able to identify and analyze key market trends, potential new target audiences, key customer needs and ability to translate those into newly identified opportunities and markets
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and social media activities;
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;
Close sales and achieve annual quotas;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activities on assigned leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce
Participating in local marketing activities as a speaker or participant.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT software industry;
University degree, preferably in computer science or business management;
Verbal and written communication skills;
Fluent Business English is a must;
Fluent Czech or/and Polish is a must;
Experience in marketing (adv, copywriting), Project management is a plus;
Self-motivation;
Readiness for international business trips and participation in conferences
