Legal support of business activity of the company:
• Prepare and file legal documents (e.g., contracts, letters, memos, statements, regulations) for legal entities in different jurisdictions (Name your core jurisdictions);
• Conduct legal research;
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
• Communication with the clients, contracts review;
• Cooperation and communication with company’s departments to ensure minimization of legal risks and maintaining support.

Required skill set (Hard):
• 2+ years of relevant working in IT companies as in-house or a reputable law firm;
• Advanced written and spoken English;
• Being able to analyze international corporate and tax legislation;
• Being able for a deep dive into crypto, blockchain, fintech industry;
• Experience with IT Oursourcing business specifics;
• Knowledge of IP rights, privacy, corporate, tax law (Ukraine, name core countries) is a must;
• International Law degree and reputable legal certifications will be a plus.
