Head Of Sport Book (offline)

You will
• Monitor the players’ behavior to ensure their proper marking depending on behavior;
• Optimize and implement risk management policies in coordination with Sportsbook partners, including evaluating and optimizing of our competitiveness;
• Closely cooperate with marketing and CRM departments for launching great products and calendar of sports;
• Be responsible for ensuring that the site is continually updated and up-to-date with Sportsbook features and betting;
• Supervise the maintenance of weekly and monthly reports with a clear understanding of productivity and market development of the Sportsbook product;
• Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure effective engagement of customers across the site.


Requirements
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Have more than 5 years of relevant experience in online sports betting;
• Have a passion for sports and want to provide the best gambling experience in the marketplace;
• Have a good knowledge of the online gambling and sports market;
• Highly motivated, self-motivated and capable of managing to consistently achieve challenging goals in a fast-paced industry and dynamic organization;
• Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams;
• Possessing very strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Have experience influencing and advising high-level executives and improving online products and services;
• Willing to take responsibility, work under pressure, and meet deadlines;
• Seeking to educate colleagues and contacts on sportsbook related issues;
• Conducting regular analysis of competitor activities related to product development, promotions and positioning.
