Junior+ QA Engineer (Manual) {European banking project} (offline) $1000-1500

Greetings! My name is Maria and I am looking for a Junior+ QA Engineer (Manual) to join the European banking project of my Bulgarian customer. The development team of 10 programmers in Kiev is an IT laboratory for the only customer, is responsible for automated solutions for crediting and customer attraction, presented for users in WEB and Android APP and integrated into the client's infrastructure. The bank is oriented for retail customers, the central office is located in Sofia, services are provided for Bulgarian, Romanian and EU customers.

Conditions:

- direct contract with a Bulgarian customer;
- monthly compensation: 1000-1500 EUR gross;
- paid vacation;
- full-time 40 hours a week;
- remote;
- office in Kiev (if needed) is located at Vasylkivska Str.;
- working trips to Bulgaria if you wish (after the lockdown) and other benefits.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge and experience of testing techniques
- Good knowledge of API’s and testing API’s
- Experience using API testing tools, such as Postman or SoapUI
- Ability to understand functional specifications, and translate them into test cases
- Experience using bug tracking tools, such as Bugzilla, Jira
- Intermediate+ English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Work on mobile and web projects
Test APIs implemented on the FintechOS platform
