Project Manager and Design Team Lead (offline) from $700

We are looking for a Project Manager (also called Design Team Lead) to support our existing Business teams by providing leadership, coordination, processes, and functions management.

Who you are:
• You can talk to foreigners in English and negotiate with them;
• You have higher education in Business, Engineering, Design;
• You have business analysis / technical / design competence or background;


We welcome your willingness to develop your skills in project and product management. We could guide, share our knowledge, and support you in the journey to a skilled Delivery Manager.

As a delivery manager, you'll:
• Talk to potential clients and understand their true needs;
• Analyze project viability and, based on this, negotiate its acceptance;
• Estimate costs, times, budgets, and resource requirements for each project;
• Discuss and negotiate project terms with the team;
• Turn client requirements into instructions for in-house resources;
• Perform project tracking, coordination, and delivery;
• Guarantee fulfilment of each project’s needs and expectations.

Here are some examples of tasks you would be doing:
“Talk to a client and understand what they want to get as a result.” “Describe the client’s need to a designer and engineer” “Prepare and send the estimate based on the conversation with the team.”
