Customer Success Manager (offline)

Now our team is looking for a Customer Success Manager with 1,5+ years of experience in SaaS (IT) projects. The ideal candidate is a team player who is ready to make the role their own and help shape easily our customers' journey to PeopleForce software.

Responsibilities:
- Develop deep knowledge of the PeopleForce software;
- Communicate with our customers to effectively resolve issues including implementations/onboarding, technical support, and general account management;
- Provide quick response to the customers;
- Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers;
- Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes;
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs;
- Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style;

Requirements:
- Relevant experience working in support area 1,5+ years (SaaS, IT projects);
- You love helping customers, have impeccable chats presence and professional manners with positive energy and a relentless work ethic;
- You are self-motivated & eager to learn;
- Personal qualities: a team player, stress resistance, ability to work in a high-paced environment;
- Strong communication & negotiation skills to influence internal stakeholders, patience, and politeness;
- English — Intermediate or higher (verbal and written);
- Will be plus knowing ClickUp;
