PM Lead (offline)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in computer / tech discipline
• At least 5-years’ experience in Project Management
• At least 2-years’ experience leading the Project Management team or being an active member of PMO. Experience leading teams with at least 20+ members. Resources management experience
• A proven track record of successfully delivered projects. Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
• Deep knowledge of software development life cycle, experience working with different methodologies – Waterfall, Agile
• Hands-on experience of continuous process improvements within an organization, by identifying a need for change, analyzing current processes and creating an improvement strategy
• Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Experience in requirements analysis
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a changing environment
• At least upper-intermediate English level
• Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams


WILL BE A PLUS:
PMP, Scrum certifications

Responsibilities:
• Managing project management team / leading PMO UA (up to15 PM’s)
• Delivery management
• Monitoring of customers satisfaction level, communication protocol improvements
• Resource management within UA office (100+ employees)
• Monitoring and control of a company processes, continuous processes improvements
• Managing projects: modernizations / migrations / move to cloud, application development (mobile/ web/desktop), support, BI
