Customer Support Representative (offline)

ABC Hosting Ltd. is a company offering hosting services in many countries. Recently, we have introduced a new cryptocurrency project where people can invest in each other like in stocks - helping and earning in the process. Number of free users is growing rapidly.
We don't have physical offices, therefore we're only offering remote positions.

This is a full or part-time remote job with flexible schedule.

The functions of the job include (but are not limited to):
Helping clients to solve issues with their websites and giving them information about our services (text-mode only);
Blocking websites that violate hosting rules;
Interacting between clients and programmers/sysadmins.
Answering questions related to our cryptocurrency project and helping our customers to make the best use of its features.

Applicants must:
Have Intermediate-to-advance English proficiency (B1­-B2)
Have Intermediate-to-advance Ukrainian proficiency (B1­-B2)
Possess basic understanding of hosting structure;
Have any experience in programming or site maintenance (not limitative)
Be self-reliant as this is a remote job.
Have at least basic knowledge about cryptocurrencies & ICO Marketing, and be eager to learn more.
