Lead/Senior React native developer (offline)

Requirements:

β€” React Native knowledge with 3+ years of on-hands experience ;
β€” Firm grasp of the JavaScript (and TypeScript) language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
β€” Proven experience with Redux;
β€” Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus;
β€” Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, analysis, and design;
β€” Understanding and ability to drive the team towards rapid prototyping and building Minimum Viable Products (MVP);
β€” Good team working including interactions with business users;
β€” Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills;
β€” Self-organizing, achieve tasks without constant monitoring;
β€” Strong communication skills (English) - written and oral.

Responsibilities:

β€” Work with project leads in understanding business needs, defining technical issues, and proposing solutions;
β€” Participate in analyzing business and technical specifications/requirements;
β€” Take an active part in the implementation of complex e-commerce solutions as part of the development team;
β€” Ensure via code reviews that developed code quality meets the standards/guidelines for development;
β€” Responsible for writing technical documentation for implemented e-commerce solutions;
β€” Support and help developers come up with the best technical solutions;
β€” Provide recommendations to Project Managers and Functional Managers on ways to improve processes, systems, tools and role definitions based on program or project-specific experience;
β€” Actively contribute to continuous improvements in development methodology and underlying processes;
β€” Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues;
β€” Provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks.
