Customer Service Specialist (Travel product company, USA) (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Deliver a high-quality level of support for Business Class customers over phone, e-mail, and with the help of other remote tools
- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to close new business (pre-booking stage)
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information over phone, e-mail, and with the help of other remote tools
- Ensure high first contact resolution rate and fast problem-solving thanks to own experience, advanced skills, and knowledge
- Follow the internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keep communication with the client on one side and travel supplier of the services on the other, met the predefined timelines to deliver result
- Handle full circle of customer’s requests received via different channels (pre- and post-booking requests)
- Accomplish KPIs set and agreed upon for the department
- Collaborative work with other key company domains



Requirements:
- 1+ years experience of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative as a sales/support agent
- Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills (ability to communicate with empathy)
- Exquisite team player
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Should be flexible and stress-resistant
- Advanced English language skills
- Multilingual capability is a big plus

Location and working hours:
- Currently, this position requires 14:00 - 22:00 working hours with further US Timezones full coverage (will be discussed additionally)
- You will be able to work from our modern office located in the heart of the Kyiv business district.
