Project Manager (offline)

What we Require:
— Proven experience in managing IT projects (1+ year)
— Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, decision making, analytical and organizational skills, attention to details.
— Team management experience.
— General understanding of web / desktop / mobile technologies
— Experience with Agile methodologies
— Experience in writing technical specifications, backlogs or roadmaps
— Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English (written, spoken)
— The knowledge or experience in software quality assurance / software development would be a plus

Duties include:
— Lead the project using Agile methodology.
— Lead communications with all project team members.
— Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices.
— Conduct daily stand-up meetings, control the speed of development and reporting.
— Preparation of documents and releases.
— Improvement and optimization of the current project management process.
— To participate in the discussion of requirements and acceptance criteria.
