Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:

1. Create/manage sequences and outreach campaigns in channels like email / LinkedIn using automation tools (TexAU, Expandi, etc.);
2. Filter and pre-qualify leads according to ICP, pay attention to the process of db qualification and validation;
3. Structure and organize your day-to-day tasks;
4. Explore and learn about new tools for the lead gen process and read long, boring manuals;
5. Continuously improve lead generation processes to increase conversion and quality of leads;
6. Maintain and manage Sales CRM(HubSpot);
7. Regularly track and report on your daily tasks and leads in db and growth KPIs;


Requirements:
- Previous lead generation experience/sales researcher, preferably over a year;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English will be a plus;
- Strong research and analytical skills, willingness to explore new tools for the - lead gen process, and read long, boring manuals.
- Skills to structure and organize your day-to-day tasks
- Previous experience with email/Linkedin outreach campaigns, Expandi/TexAU will be a plus
- Self-organization, ability to process, and structurize a large amount of data and validate it.
- Perform pre-qualification tasks and db validation
