Responsibilities: - Organizing data ingestion and processing pipelines to/through data lake or data warehouse; - Argumented choosing of right tools and solutions; - Cooperation with development, product and analytics teams; - Leading data engineering team.
Weβre looking for someone who has: - Strong knowledge of data storage systems and solutions for both OLAP and OLTP; - Proficiency in using Python; - Competence with engineering data pipelines to gather, store and process data in streaming and batching way; - Proficiency in AWS services (RDS, S3, Glue, MSK, Redshift, Athena); - Expertise with one of: Spark, Hadoop, Flink, Airflow; - Experience in software engineering; - Strong knowledge of general architecture, data modeling, data storage and warehousing techniques.
