Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:

— Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher
— Requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management; the ability to apply them in practice
— Excellent analytical skills: the capability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
— Writing skills: the capability to communicate information effectively to customers, marketing team, managers, and technical staff
— Modeling skills: capability to depict requirements in graphical forms that augment text representations in natural language, including use of modeling languages
— Education — higher technical, Computer Science or Economics

Preferences:

— Fundamentals of SQL, HTML, XML
— Object modeling with use of UML
— Experience in elicitation and development of functional requirements, including use cases, technical tasks, and SRS
