Responsibilities:
Managing the full cycle of recruiting process
Attracting and sourcing candidates
Providing post-interview feedbacks and summaries
Conducting effective interviews with candidates
Managing the onboarding process
Making the Job Offers
Communicating with candidates (we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
Maintaining candidate database
Monitoring job market
Requirements:
Permitted without experience in IT recruitment
Basic understanding of IT technologies
Good communication skills
Pre-intermediate English
Would be a plus experience in CV screening, LinkedIn Search, Boolean search, IT recruitment, communication, research, relationship building skills, organization skills.
