Perfect Product Manager

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software product company.
- You are an active DeFi user and love the crypto universe.
- You are not afraid of asking questions, promoting your ideas, and reasoning your opinion.
- English: B2.
- Understanding of web application architecture.
- Understanding of blockchain architecture.
- Experience with product hypotheses validation.
- Experience with high-level prototyping.
- Experience with product analytics.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with managing a development team of 5+ members.

Would be an advantage

- You have work experience with Web3 or Fintech products.
- Experience with market research.
- Experience with customer development.
- Basic programming skills.

Your responsibilities

- Close work with CPO and CTO.
- Improving existing products’ user experience.
- Working towards improving the main product metrics of existing products.
- Watching market trends to define the next feature/product/integration/partnership we could work on.
- Testing and validating product hypotheses.
- Manage product team/s.
