UI (Graphic) Designer (offline)

We are searching for a Graphic (UI) Designer to increase the quality of our products by finding ways to improve our design process. Using your comprehension of visual design philosophies and experience, you will play an essential role in the conception and evolution of our digital ecosystem. This role reports to the Head of Design.

About You:

- 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer in a creative department of an agency, design shop, or digital firm;
- Mastery of design software (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
- Experience in the maintenance and conception of Design Systems;
- Design of responsive web experiences (landing pages);
- Provide examples of innovative and future-focused thinking and being up to date with the latest web trends;
- Have a base knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of front-end code (HTML/CSS) to communicate with the development team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Love working in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on teamwork, innovation, and open mindedness;
- Critical eye and strong attention to detail;
- An intermediate or upper level understanding of the English language (primarily written) is a must.

A strong design portfolio with desktop/mobile works is compulsory for the application to be considered.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Translate user feedback, business requirements, and technical limitations into ongoing product improvements;
- Design beautiful and thoughtful web experiences;
- Quickly assimilate complex and ambiguous ideas and propose elegant design solutions;
- Work closely with other designers as well as with product, development, and other team members to create optimal solutions.
