Technical Project Manager (offline)

The role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play an important role in solution design workshops, Project Manager support, as well as analysis and understanding of customers’ needs, to design solutions in line with the identified customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Support of the Project Manager during project plan creation and maintenance, as well as regular on all customer communications regarding the solution.
- Contribute to the development of project methodology deliverables like system specifications, technical and support documentation.
- Configuration and on-time delivery of solutions and environments in line with system specifications and project timelines. Liaison with Product Management, Product experts, Development, and Testing teams in the delivery of the solution. Ensure a smooth transition to company Customer Care.
- Coordination of technical teams and support of project team during customer testing (error analysis and solutions design, creation of internal test strategy/ test plans).
- Identify improvements in processes, knowledge gaps, products, communication, and efficiency.

What you should have

- university or college/business degree (e.g. computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain management, engineering, business administration)
- Upper-Intermediate and above level of English
- 2+ years experience in project management or in Supply Chain Management.
- 1+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager will be a plus.
knowledge and understanding of SaaS solutions and technologies.
- the ability to read Java or Python, code and prepare XML configurations.
