Support Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- processing partner’s / client’s requests;
- perform QA activities on projects, communicate with developers and designers;
- assisting with department and product development

Requirements:
- Intermediate+ level of English
- knowledge of DNS and domain settings will be a plus
- Strong attention to details
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and think outside the box
- Multitasking
