Requirements:
Experience with .net 5+ years
Experience with .net Core 1+ year
Experience with ASP / NET MVC / ASP.NET Web API .;
Experience as a Lead and management of a team of 3 specialists from 1 year.
Experience in resolving crisis situations.
Experience with a lot of data and integrations.
Experience in building microservice architecture. I am using now
Experience in creating solutions from scratch or using someone else's code.
Experience in compiling technical documentation from business requirements.

It will be an advantage:
Knowledge of the basics of containerization of kubernetes / doker applications
Work experience in a financial company
English B2


Responsibilities:
Gain a complete understanding of the current product architecture
Strike a balance between leading a team that will be responsible for the development of any business module of a system or process, as well as writing their own code
Manage and support the team in all circumstances, both technological and real
Initiate an individual approach, assigning "grades", organizing processes for productivity within the team
Ensure proper implementation of the developed engineering practices / processes (including CI / CD, BDD, Code Review, onboarding, assessment / care, task qualification / division among team members)
Participation in the recruitment process for technical specialists
Participation in the development of best practices
Participation in the processes of choosing system architecture / technologies
