About the role
Responsibilities:

• Learning and promoting the Agile methodology and Scrum principles;
• Helping to organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies;
• Working closely with the Mentor to help the team to relentlessly improve the product development process;
• Helping the development team to remove impediments.
Required skills and knowledge
• Understanding of SDLC;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher;
• Basic understanding of Scrum framework;
• High-level communication skills;
• Driven to learn and improve;
• Challenge-driven mindset.
