Customer success manager (Business Automation Officer - Conversational AI) (offline) $1200-3000

BAO masters the art of business communications and interactions by being a brilliant negotiator, tech proficient associate with considerable pruning organizational skills. Engaging the customers' portfolio, BAO conducts the whole customer journey, starting from client onboarding to development and expansion.

BAO is deeply involved in customers’ communications analytics. The position aims to provide outstanding assistance in critically important Conversational AI solution implementation. The role objective is to help customers ascertain the points of business value through their investments in EVE.calls, eliminate obstacles and accelerate the client’s lane to development and expansion.

The success of BAO is definitely measured by Eve’s introduction and adoption, as evaluated by client maintenance, development, retention, and revenue.

EVE.calls is committed to the gently world acceleration and wishes to recognize enterprises as Conversational AI driven, so the BAO is the key role in this assignment.

Responsibilities:
-In-depth interviewing clients(1-2h) about the needs of their client base;

-Composing conversational scripts for AI;

-Achieving business process automation KPI`s;

-Customer satisfaction;

-Call campaigns results;

You are the perfect candidate for us if:
-You have over 2-3 years of experience in IT companies in the field of business automation or sales/marketing/accounting/product management/financial analytics;

-You are a creative person using unconventional approaches in your job;

-You are usually told: «It is easy and pleasant to do business with you»;

-You are familiar with (no need to explain): value proposal design, unique selling proposition, lead generation, call to action, sales funnel, CRM, integration through API, CapEx, OpEx;

-You have perfect intercommunication skills, your English is brilliant, and you feel free to interact with foreigners.
