We will consider candidates only with a commercial experience as a QA Engineer.

Responsibilities

- Negotiation with clients, deep understanding of QA processes according to business requirements;
- Planning, scheduling, and implementation of manual test programs;
- Be responsible for defect tracking and bugs report;
- Cooperation with the development team to hold first component testing for build integration;
- QA status report;
- Test plans, test cases, checklists, bug reports creation during the development.

Requirements

- Understanding of client-server architecture;
- Knowledge of testing methods, concepts, methodologies, tools;
- Understanding the in web, desktop, mobile apps, API testing;
- Knowledge of QA and SDLC;
- Knowledge HTML/CSS and JavaScript (basic lvl);
- English: Intermediate Strong+

Will be a plus

Experience in automation testing (JS).

Project:

Rake provides team chat and supports omnichannel customer chat with website chat widgets, SMS, and social media integrations. The main idea of ​​the project is to simplify communication between buyers and small and medium business owners. We provide the ability to concentrate all channels of communication with the client in one place. Thus, the business owner can directly communicate with site visitors (we provide a customized web widget), via SMS (Twilio SMS), Facebook Messenger. In addition, it is possible to hire live agents or start your own, which will provide online support to users. In addition, there is the possibility of internal correspondence between agents, creating group chats and channels.
