CRM Communications Manager for PMI (offline)

We invite those who fired up to:

● Create, maintain and optimize existing emails, SMS & Push notifications;
● Manage on-site communications;
● Generate and test hypotheses and approaches for general improvements of ● CRM Communications;
● Work with the clients’ base: segmentation and analysis;
● Create, develop and optimize communication sequences (Email/SMS/Push), as well as triggered sends and promo sends;
● Cooperate with the CRM team on complex tasks;
● Create tasks for the design and content team and maintain its readiness.

Essential professional experience:

● Work experience with CRM systems (will be a plus SalesForce, Solitics, etc.);
● Experience in gambling, betting;
● Experience in A/B testing will be a plus.

● Strong communication and ability to work in a team;
● Ability to learn fast.
