We invite those who fired up to:
β Create, maintain and optimize existing emails, SMS & Push notifications;
β Manage on-site communications;
β Generate and test hypotheses and approaches for general improvements of β CRM Communications;
β Work with the clientsβ base: segmentation and analysis;
β Create, develop and optimize communication sequences (Email/SMS/Push), as well as triggered sends and promo sends;
β Cooperate with the CRM team on complex tasks;
β Create tasks for the design and content team and maintain its readiness.
Essential professional experience:
β Work experience with CRM systems (will be a plus SalesForce, Solitics, etc.);
β Experience in gambling, betting;
β Experience in A/B testing will be a plus.
Desirable skills and personal features:
β Strong communication and ability to work in a team;
β Ability to learn fast.
