Supply Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Purchasing of personal and office equipment;
- Replacements arranging in cases of breakdowns; guarantee maintenance support;
- Negotiations with suppliers about prices, delivery terms and all document`s issues regarding invoices;
- Cooperation with HR managers of all the offices concerning employees requirements and office`s needs.
- Cooperation with IT-department regarding equipment/software diagnostic/fixing or installation;
- Providing accountants with valid information about employee's equipment and documents; collaboration during purchasing processes.
- Adding full information to an account program with all developments.

Requirements:
- Previous procurement experience
- Understanding of computer technical parameters.
- English- Intermediate
- Ability to make decisions quickly and prioritize tasks by your own.
- Analytical mind.
