Requirements:
• 3+ years of recruitment in IT
• Understanding of major programming technologies and principles
• At least Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English
• Experience with social networks, the solid pool of connections
• Ability to prioritize and concentrate

Responsibilities:
• Full cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions
• Active sourcing of candidates and database maintenance
• Writing complete job description, communication with managers regarding requirements
• Reporting and market research
• Manage the company’s PR activities on the local job market
