Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Good verbal and written advanced English is required.
At least one year of experience in Customer Support is a must.
Analytical thinking and problem solving (must think outside the box to define the origin of the issue and provide possible solutions).
Fast learner.
Systematic approach.
Desire to do sometimes monotonous job to make sure that everything is in order.
Familiar with how business processes work, ability to stick to them when necessary.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or ticket system.
CRM data management.
Onboarding/offboarding of clients.
Monitor and prioritize tickets submitted in Jira.
Escalate financial questions.
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and helpful discussions with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues be resolved.
Create documentation on our products.

Working Conditions

Work schedule: 5 days a week from 16:00 till 01:00 Kyiv time (8 working hours per day in total).
Flexible combining working from home with days in the office.
You have 7days of sick leave and 24 vacation days covered by the company.
After successfully passing your 3-month probation period company provide health insurance.
