QA Automation Engineer, Banking Services (offline)

The project is to develop a mobile application and migrate it to Google Cloud. This is a bankless application for making payments from a multicurrency account. The team is responsible for the development of new and the maintenance of existing features on production. The position offers the possibility of growth in the direction of team leader or Cloud architect.

The specialists work in separate subgroups: development team, L1-L2 support, and infrastructure team. The processes are built according to Agile (Scrum).

Responsibilities

Devising and creating automated tests for Web, App, and backend
Executing automated tests on Front End (Web/Mobile) as well as Backend
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Utilize test management tools
Work closely with the product team in order to provide timely and meaningful feedback regarding testability and usability

Must have

3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
2+ years of experience with automating web and mobile applications testing across different platforms (iOS, Android) and Web
Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods and processes
Solid understanding of mobile technologies and applications
Experience in API and Web services testing
Knowledge of Gherkin style acceptance testing
Be strong in functionality and usability testing
Spoken English

Would be a plus

Experience in load, stress and security testing
Python, Apium, Java, Selenium
