Trainee Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from beginning to end
- Establish an efficient software development process on the project
- Build project plans and provide estimates
- Report project status and risks to management, customers and project team
- Established efficient communication within a team, between teams and with client
- Arrange and conduct daily meetings, demo and retrospective meetings with the team and with client
- Manage project resources efficiently
- Effectively apply defined project management methodologies and enforce project standards
- Participate in Project Management activities (training, consulting, programs,etc.)

Required skills:

- Good people management skills and detailed-oriented person
- English - Upper Intermediate (written and spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of IT
- Understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of formal software development methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Agile/Scrum, etc)
- Ability to multitask and make things done
- Self-starter, energetic and motivated contributor
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills
