Challenges you’ll meet:
In Twin Win Games we see Art Direction as a more managerial position with a background in Art creation.

• Art Direction: Keeping the art vision of the project, getting and giving feedback, and communicating with clients.
• Project Management: Estimations providing, preparing of documentation, team load control and task management (assignment, work logs, task completion), quality control, delivery control, and its execution.

Your professional qualities:
• 3+ years of work experience in commercial projects;
• Experience in leading teams of 2-4 Artists and Animators;
• Experience with online casino/gaming.
• Experience in running several projects/teams in parallel;
• Experience in the product company;
• Experience in working with international clients and communication (e-mail/calls) with them;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English;
•!Link to the portfolio is a must!.

Would be a PLUS:
• Understanding of basic principles of animation and minimal experience in the usage of Spine;
