System/Business analyst (offline)

Location: remote or coworking in Kyiv.
Team: 10 developers+PO

Requirements:
● At least 2 years of experience in IT as a business or system analyst
● A strong understanding of the life cycle and software development process
● Experience with building UML diagrams
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
● Experience with SQL query language, specifically for MySQL
● Experience in digital advertising
● Good written English level to be able to communicate with English-speaking customers
● Understanding Client-server and Microservices architecture

Responsibilities:
● Work close with PO and Dev team to produce business requirement artifacts including UML, Use Cases, User Stories, Business rules, Function and non-functional specifications, User interface specification, etc
● Negotiate with QA team to describe acceptance criteria and test cases
● Write documentation for existing product features
● Communicate with Customer Success department and collect specific technical requirements from customers
