Senior Frontend Engineer - Vue (offline)

Project Description
Complete Solar is the fastest-growing solar company in the U.S. It is changing the way residential solar is sold and delivered - people can basically find their house on the map and depending on various parameters like e.g. orientation of the panels on the roof, the calculations are done to understand the pay-off for the bank loan. Zoolatech partnered with Complete Solar to achieve ambitious goals of making the world less dependent on non-renewable sources of energy

Responsibilities
• Understand business needs
• Design and document technical solutions
• Write clean and maintainable code, perform code-reviews
• Establish optimal processes and state-of-the-art engineering practices
• Help team to self-organize
• Take ownership of the system quality
• Monitor/support the system in production

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Vue, Webpack, familiar with React, Angular
- Commitment to writing modern, responsible layouts using HTML5, SASS/SCSS
- Experience in performance optimization & code refactoring
- Experience with API integration
- Experience with ES6+
- Experience with package managers (NPM, Yarn)
- Experience with Unit testing and tools for it (jest/karma/jasmine/mocha)
- Written and spoken English skills are the must
Would be a plus:
- Full-stack web application development experience (UI, database, server)
- Experience with Google Map API
- Basic knowledge of Laravel & Blade templates
- Willing to maintain legacy code & re-writing to new technology
